1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

2. YOUR SIGNUP AND EMAILS
We collect your first name, email address, consent and subscription status to manage your signup and send news, advertising, launch offers and early-access invitations for the Built for Ultra coaching community. The legal basis for these emails is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing your details is voluntary. You can browse without joining. Signup is free and does not create a paid membership or reserve a founding place.
3. CONFIRMATION AND WITHDRAWAL
We use double opt-in: you receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Signup and confirmation records help demonstrate consent and prevent misuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interests in compliance and service security). Withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
4. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND TECHNICAL DATA
Wix hosts this website and provides forms, contact management and email subscription services. Authorised Finishline Emotions staff can access entries; the site owner receives a notification of new submissions. Wix and its service providers process information needed for these functions. Technical information, including IP address, request time and browser/device information, supports website delivery and security and spam prevention (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Wix may process data in Israel and other countries outside the European Economic Area. Its data-processing terms provide for applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Details are available in the Wix Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement and list of sub-processors. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
6. COOKIES
Necessary storage supports website operation and security. Optional analytics or marketing technologies require the relevant consent where applicable. Cookie choices are separate from your email subscription: joining Early Access does not consent to advertising cookies.
7. RETENTION
We use your contact details for the subscription while consent remains valid and the list serves its stated purpose. After withdrawal, we stop marketing emails. Limited records may remain as needed to demonstrate consent, comply with legal duties, handle legal claims or respect an unsubscribe request. Retention is assessed against those purposes and applicable legal requirements; retained records must not be used to resume marketing without a valid basis.
8. SKOOL AND TRAININGPEAKS
List signup does not create an account with either platform. A future invitation will link to the Skool About page. Following external links involves processing under the respective provider’s privacy notice. Later membership or coaching requires a separate signup and information about any additional data processing.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to GDPR requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing at any time. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including where you live or work. Our local authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), www.lda.bayern.de. To exercise your rights, email marius@finishlineemotions.com.

We will update this notice when the Early Access process or services change. The date above identifies this version.
